British Non-Fault Claims was born from a simple observation: innocent drivers were being let down.

Our founder, Felipe Barcelos de Araujo, isn't from a corporate background. He spent over a decade on the front lines of the motor trade, managing busy bodyshops and handling complex vehicle claims. Day after day, he saw people who had been in an accident through no fault of their own, now facing a confusing and stressful process designed to benefit large insurance corporations.

He knew there had to be a better, fairer way. This company was founded on that principle—to use inside knowledge of the industry to put the non-fault driver first. We built our entire process around protecting your interests, your vehicle's value, and your peace of mind, all while ensuring you never pay a penny.
